    WE'll SEND YOU A QUOTE BASED ON YOUR IDEAS AND SPECIFICATIONS. Payment is required before work begins.

    Approve Proof

    WE'LL SEND YOU A DIGITAL PROOF. NOTHING GOES TO PRINT UNTIL YOU APPROVE IT.

    Production begins

    Your custom item or digital design goes into production.

    Receive your order

    PICKUP IN TYLER, TX OR PRIORITY SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE. DIGITAL DESIGNS WILL BE SENT TO PREFERRED EMAIL ADDRESS.

Do I have to pay before seeing a proof?

Yes. A payment is required before we create your custom design proof. This allows us to dedicate design time to your order and ensures serious custom requests receive our full attention.

Once your proof is ready, you’ll have the opportunity to review it and request adjustments before production begins. Nothing is printed without your approval.

Can you recreate a design from an image?

Yes. We can recreate or redraw designs from reference images. Please note that recreated designs are original redraws, not exact copies. This ensures high-quality results and helps avoid copyright or trademark issues.

If you have permission to use the design or it is your own original artwork, let us know when submitting your order.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Bulk discounts are available and are based on the specific order details, including quantity, product type, and design requirements. Please contact us with your project details for a custom quote.

Can I supply my own apparel?

Yes. Customers local to Tyler, TX are welcome to provide their own apparel. When items are supplied by the customer, the total price will be adjusted to reflect print services only.

Please note that we are not responsible for defects in customer-provided items, and results may vary depending on the material and garment quality.

What file types do you accept for logos?

We accept the following file types for logos and artwork: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, and JPG.

For best results, vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) are preferred, as they allow for the highest print quality. When uploading PNG or JPG images, please provide files with a resolution of 300 DPI or higher to ensure the best print outcome. Additional design or redraw fees may apply if artwork requires modification for print.
