Refund policy

At ETX Graphics, all items are made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are typically not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days of the request.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items approved through the proofing process

  • Orders with sizing errors or customer-provided design mistakes

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Slight color variations due to screen or print differences

Custom Orders

Because of the personalized nature of custom orders, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on orders that were finalized by the customer. Please review your design carefully before approving, as we do not offer refunds for errors that were approved.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or changed. If you need to make a modification, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins.

Customer-Provided Items

ETX Graphics is not responsible for defects, damage, or print results on customer-supplied items. Customer-provided items are not eligible for replacement or refund.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as at order@etxgraphics.com as soon as possible. We are committed to reviewing concerns fairly and will work with you to resolve any eligible issues promptly.
