ETX Graphics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. ETX Graphics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Local Pickup (If Applicable)
Local pickup may be available for customers in the Tyler, TX area. Pickup details will be provided once the order is ready.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
